GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
The following terms and conditions of sales shall apply to any order placed at DEKADENCE. These conditions are subject to Canadian and Quebec laws. You hereby agree to comply with the applicable local laws.
The product purchase price is quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus applicable taxes and shipping fees (unless otherwise agreed). All prices are subject to change without notification.
Availability of Products
All products are subject to availability. DEKADENCE will inform you as soon as possible if the item you have ordered is not available.
Orders placed before 3:00 pm are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (unless holiday).
Shipping fees will be those of Canada Post.
Deliveries are made by Canada Post. Each order has its tracking number. Your order shall be delivered at the delivery address set out on your order form.
DEKADENCE protects the security of your payment data by offering you to pay by credit cards or by PayPal. PayPal is a leading online payment service provider that has one of the best fraud-prevention systems in the business.
Cancellation and Modifications
If DEKADENCE notices that an order has to be cancelled/modified, partial or total, we will inform the customer.
DEKADENCE may refuse to process an order and reserves the right to cancel, refuse or modify an order at all times without justification. If the payment has already been made, we will refund the amount paid with the initial payment method.
In order to offer an excellent service, orders are processed as quickly as possible. To avoid any order mistakes, it is recommended to take the time to go over your order before completing it. In case a modification is needed, please contact us as soon as possible. However, once an order has been sent for shipping, no modification or cancellation can be made.
Warranty on BIG-SHOT hockey sticks
DEKADENCE offers a 35-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects on 100% composite sticks. Please note that this warranty excludes sticks with an ABS blade, wood sticks, replacement sticks. To request the replacement of a stick, you must:
- Present the purchase receipt with the warranty code on it (scanned upon purchase);
- Present all the pieces of the damaged stick, to the same store, including the warranty sticker originally placed on it.
DEKADENCE reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet our requirements.
The retailer may keep the damaged stick for inspection purposes for up to 5 business days. If the return is accepted, the retailer can offer a substitution pattern.
This warranty applies only on manufacturing defects and excludes all damages resulting from excessive or abnormal use, an accident or negligence.
Nobody is allowed to offer another warranty related to the sales of DEKADENCE products.
If you need to return one or many items, one of the following situations will apply:
- If DEKADENCE is at fault, we will be pleased to send you the requested item(s), without handling and shipping fees. DEKADENCE will also reimburse the shipping fees of the order to be changed. Before proceeding with the return, you must first have it approved by the Customer Service Department.
- In any other situations: handling and shipping fees are non-refundable.
